Interesting
very impressive contributors. quite eye-opening to hear what people have had to face throughout their lives.
This is a very important topic not just in dental practice but in every sector. Racism is better curbed at an early age of an individual, it's very difficult to end once established in an adult.
GOOD TO HEAR
very moving commentary made for painful and thought provoking self analysis
good informal discussion without any pretences
Very informative
Very good to include the personal experiences
Fantastic presentation and lovely to be aware of your experiences.
Very insightful and thought provoking; I could empathize with some of the speakers having experienced racism myself in the past.
very interesting
Really enjoyed this webinar. Thank you
It is pleasing that the profession is now listening and taking these issues seriously
thought provoking
i think this was a really important webinar, like Ian said. A conversation we have needed to have years ago. I hope there is more black representation within dentistry in the years to come.
Insisghtful
Absolutely fantastic presentations should be a compulsory core CPD learning unit for all GDC registrants. The testimonies and personal experiences shared by the panel, especially those of Daljit Dharwal where really shocking and sad to listen to. However, they really illuminated this subject and were also very inspirational. I hope that the FGDP will take this forwards and bring about changes where they have influence. If that is possible, it would also be good to consider feedback and data regarding DCPs, particularly Dental Nurses, Dental Technicians and Clinical Dental Technicians. Well done to everyone involved in putting this together, a fascinating insight.
Very inspirational.
A powerful message from the group. Very honest and open conversations, thank you.
the most important learning activity , thank you.
A well balanced course.
