Building trust, rapport, understanding and motivating your patient is very important in healthcare provision. Communication is very important, asking questions, answering questions might seem simple but this helps in not just providing care but actually achieving this easily, when you understand your patient it reduces the time they spend on the chair.
I was planning on taking a paid course on being a TCO and I'm definitely going to book that course now. Very interesting course with great insight on how a TCO can build your business .
