Treasurer of the British Orthodontic Society
Nigel qualified from Leeds Dental School. After two years in oral surgery and three years in general practice he commenced his orthodontic training at Newcastle Dental Hospital. He was senior registrar in Manchester before being appointed Consultant Orthodontist for South Tees Trust in 1996. In 2009 he his consultant post left to go into specialist orthodontic practice in Teesside. Nigel has published many articles on occlusal indices and has spoken Nationally and Internationally on the subject. He has been chairman of The British Orthodontic Conference and is currently Treasurer of The British Orthodontic Society. He is a keen fell walker, cyclist and plays bass guitar. He lives in Northallerton in North Yorkshire
