Dental Hygienist and Founder of Maasai Molar
Rachael has worked in the dental profession for over 20 years. She trained as a Dental Hygienist in the Royal Air Force and left in 2008 to pursue a varied career working in National Health Service and private practice before moving to Dubai in 2013. Rachael is the past President of the Emirates Dental Hygienists Club and currently works as an Education and Public Health for FDI World Dental Federation.
Rachael established Maasai Molar, a charity providing oral health education and dental care, in 2018, following a visit to Kenya when she realised the desperate need for oral healthcare. Maasai Molar has recently partnered with Emayian Medical Clinic who will provide year-round oral healthcare. She is currently studying for a Doctorate in Public Health at Teesside University.
