Lecturer in Dental Public Health & PGR Tutor
Dr Michaela Goodwin is a Lecturer in Dental Public Health at the University of Manchester. She has been primarily involved in research concentrating on a water fluoridation. The latest project was carried out across Cumbria (called the CATFISH study) which is due to be published later this year. Michaela has previously been involved in studies examining both caries and fluorosis prevalence across England and the use of images and remote scoring in these types of epidemiological studies.
Michaela is also involved in projects looking at dental general anaesthetic, child dental health and bedtime routines, behaviour change and dental health.
