Julie Deverick

Julie qualified as a dental hygienist in 1987, followed by 22 years in the military. She developed as a leader, manager, tutor and administrator as well as continuing as a clinical dental hygienist. Since leaving the military in 2013, she continued in the clinical arena, also within the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy beginning at the regional group positions progressing to president of the Society. She retired from clinical work in December 2020 but continues to take an interest in the dental environment.
